| Duties include coordination of performance development and performance appraisals for management employees, tracking of HR-related metrics such as attrition, diversity statistics, etc. Act as systems super-user to maintain and update HRIS systems, organizational structure and position data. Compose and maintain online Employee Policy Guide information and various employee communications. Various ad hoc projects, reports, and analyses including presentations for senior management. |
